- Data is sourced from FMCSA and may have delays in updates
- Calculated scores and forecasts are estimates and may differ from official values
- Insurance filings are updated daily but may not reflect real-time status

CHIP reports require payment for full access. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the immediate delivery of digital information:
- All sales are final once the report has been accessed
- Access to purchased reports is valid for 24 hours
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, analysis methodology, and content (excluding FMCSA public data), is owned by Insurance Apps, LLC (insuranceapps.com). You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarrierDotScore.com, InsuranceApps.com, and their operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
